Sales Tax: Minnesota residents will be charged a 7% sales tax. Legal Research Center charges state sales tax to MN customers only. In accordance with MN state tax laws, the total selling price of an item includes shipping and handling charges. If you are exempt from MN sales tax you must send Legal Research Center your documents required by the state. We will not remove the sales tax from your invoice until we receive and process the proper documents. Shipping: The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
